How we handle information when you use this website or contact us.

This website

The site has no database and no visitor accounts. Nothing you type into the contact form is stored here.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and the Meta advertising pixel to see how the site is used and whether our ads work. They record pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and where the visit came from.

They never receive your name, phone number, email, or anything you write in the form. They also never receive which treatment you were reading about — that is health information, and our pages about specific treatments do not load the advertising pixel at all.

The contact form

The form does not send anything to us on its own. It builds a WhatsApp message from what you typed and opens WhatsApp so you can send it yourself. From that point it is an ordinary WhatsApp message, covered by WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

Your clinical records

Anything you tell us during an appointment is kept in the clinic's records under medical confidentiality, entirely separate from this website.

Cookies

The analytics and advertising tools set cookies to tell visits apart. You can block or delete them in your browser settings. We do not show a cookie banner.
